At Polymaker, we stand by the quality of our 3D printing filaments and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original packaging; for filaments, the vacuum seal should remain intact unless the product is defective.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware or materials, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
